PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Once you have 
placed your order, please allow 3—5 business days for us to process your order (which means to receive and fulfill the order before shipping it out). Items may not necessarily ship together, you may receive multiple deliveries on different days to complete your order.

We ship within the USA only, at this time. Your order will be shipped using the most reliable and affordable delivery method. Delivery can takes between 5—14 business days depending on several factors (e.g. availability of item, the carrier, Covid-19 delays, holidays, weather, your location, etc.) Once we hand over your order to its carrier, a shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be emailed to you. You’ll be able to track your package during the duration of its journey. Please note, tracking details may take a few hours to update between destinations.

We thoroughly inspect orders before shipping. Fourth Barn Home is not responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit, please contact the carrier to start an investigation or to file a claim.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Unfortunately,
Covid-19 is still globally impacting production of resources, products, and materials. Some items may experience unexpected delays. Please understand we will do everything we can to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible, but some occurrences may be out of our control. Product availability is subject to change without notice. If you have ordered an item that becomes back ordered, unavailable or receives an extended shipping delay, you will be fully refunded.

RATES
Shipping rates are charged by the carrier and their surcharges are subject to change at any time without notice. We encourage you to check current rates before placing your order.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All orders over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery. If the carrier chooses to leave a delivery without a signature, Fourth Barn Home releases all and any responsibility for your package. You should contact the carrier to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING METHODS 
UPS is our preferred carrier. However, we will ship your order with whatever carrier has the best rates and can deliver your package the fastest. We want you to get your order in a timely manner without costing you too much.

Rates are calculated by weight. Oversized and extremely heavy items may incur additional shipping costs and will require a signature upon delivery.

Some items can ship out as soon as 3-5 business days after receiving your order while other items can take longer. Items ordered together may not ship together and could arrive in the different packages.

CURBSIDE SERVICE 
All local orders in the Baton Rouge area or within a 50 mile radius can be delivered curbside at a flat rate fee. Curbside orders will be delivered to your front door or carried inside of your home if requested. This service does not include assembly. You will not be charged regular shipping if you choose this delivery method. If you are local and would like to use our curbside option please contact us by email before placing your order.

TERRITORIES 
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to U.S. addresses.

CURRENCIES
All prices for merchandise, gift cards, and delivery rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to state and local taxes.
