Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, Fourth Barn Home do not issue payment refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit to be used on a later purchase or exchange the item. We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: returns@fourthbarnhome.com 

You'll need to provide your order number, name, description of problem/error, and photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

 

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged: flowers or plants, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal items (once the season has passed — holidays, themes, etc), used products, or damaged products that occurred while in your possession. Final sale items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for gift cards or membership fees. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
